Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced servant-leader with a passion to help students take their next step toward God; resulting in effective evangelism and discipleship which equips them for a lifetime of faithful devotion to Christ and His Kingdom. Primary areas of responsibility include: leading/developing ministry for all youth and young adults; identify, recruit, equip and deploy teams who communicate, support & fulfill the mission, vision, core values, purposes, and goals of Four Mile Church; provide front line care and support to students, families, and adult volunteers; partner with parents to help them realize God’s dream for their child, with the goal to produce youth who are authentic disciples of Christ; provide direct supervision for ROCK ministry (5th & 6th grade) leader.
