If hundreds coming to Christ, running out of room, teaming, working in a collaborative environment, opportunity and freedom to build a growing Children’s Ministry and a Family program from its infancy sounds like too much work, then this job is not for you.
Neighborhood Church of Redding has doubled in attendance (2,200+) in the past 4 years and is looking for an experienced pastor/leader to develop a family ministry with an emphasis on children. You would be part of the Senior Leadership Team overseeing the Children’s ministry and developing a family life ministry. This is a new position and requires proven leadership skills including the ability to build empowered ministry teams, recruit volunteers, manage people and occasionally fill in as a Teaching Pastor.
