Job Description:
Worship pastor will co-lead the congregation in a blended worship service with the senior pastor. He will oversee development of praise teams and children's worship during the week. A bachelor's degree is preferred as well as 1-3 years of valuable experience in the specific field. The worship pastor should be a male, and it is preferable that he is married. Applicant should be in line with the Baptist Faith and Message (2000). We are a church with a new senior pastor who believes in a team ministry approach to reach our community for Christ.
