Crossroads is looking for an individual with large church experience (750+) who has a passion for God, the desire to challenge students to take the next step in their spiritual journey, and an experienced ability to lead through others. This person will relate well to students and parents, will have a keen understanding of youth culture, and will teach and apply the scriptures with confidence.
This staff member will have the skills to organize teams, delegate responsibilities, manage budgets and communicate overall direction to both students and parents. Additionally, the Associate Pastor of Student Ministries will be a person committed to serving as a interdependent team member with the ministry and support staff, encouraging family engagement in Student Ministries, and integrating Student Ministries into the overall life of the church. Crossroads is known in the region today for its dynamic worship, relevant preaching, young families, as well as community leadership, and welcoming nature to all people. Current ministry staff includes the position of senior pastor (began June 15, 2011) worship pastor (began October 1, 2009), a director of children's ministries (began June 1 2009), and a senior associate pastor (began January 15, 2012).
